Before your appointment

  • After booking your consult appointment, you will be prompted to complete a questionnaire- please complete this at least 24 hours before your appointment 

  • Questionnaire includes: travel dates, specific destination(s), planned activities and health history

  • Upload any immunization records (if available)

At the appointment (30-45 min for 1 person, 60-75min for 2 people and 75-90min for 3+ people)

  • We will discuss your health and vaccine history, and personalized travel health recommendations, including precautions and vaccines

After the appointment 

  • If you are visiting us in person, we can administer vaccines after the consult (vaccine and vaccine administration fees apply)

  • If you are having a virtual visit, we can arrange for you to receive vaccines at a partner pharmacy

Vaccine Administration Fee
(per person)

Cost:

  • $10 + Vaccine Cost

  • Vaccine administration: the price covers multiple vaccines administered on a single date

  • Cost of individual vaccines to be paid for separately and will vary depending on the vaccine

  • Travel Immunization Record will be provided

COVID-19 PCR Testing
(In person only)
Cost: $115 (includes HST)

  • PCR stands for Polymerase Chain Reaction testing- this is the best type of test to pick up or rule out COVID-19 infection

  • It is widely accepted by immigration authorities and airlines

  • Testing offered Monday/Thursday/Friday

  • Testing is offered to asymptomatic individuals who are travelling only. If you have symptoms or are a contact (but not travelling), you need to go to a COVID Assessment Centre 

  • Certified results emailed to you in under 24 hours​ 

  • Travel.gc.ca, IATA and airlines are good resources to find out if you require a COVID-19 test prior to departure 

  • For many international destinations, travellers will need to present evidence of a negative COVID-19 test result from up to 72 hours prior to your scheduled departure (the rules vary by destination). Canadian immigration requires a negative COVID test from 72 hours prior to your return flight to Canada, and another COVID-19 test when you land in Canada

  • Travellers are not eligible for OHIP-funded COVID-19 testing at COVID Assessment Centres, this must be paid for privately

COVID-19 Antigen Testing
(In person and virtual)
Cost: $50​ (includes HST)

  • Antigen testing is accepted by US immigration and some other immigration authorities

  • In person testing offered Monday/Thursday/Friday, virtual testing offered 7 days a week

  • Results available while you wait- in 15-20 minutes

  • Certificate stating result provided at your appointment (in person) or by email as a pdf (virtual service)

Resort Travel

Cost:

  • One person ($50)

  • Two people ($90)

  • Family (3+ people) ($125)

  • We will discuss common concerns related to resort travel eg mosquito borne illness, hepatitis and prevention and treatment of traveller's diarrhea 

  • If you wish to receive shots, this can be done in clinic or at a pharmacy that administers vaccines
